Discounts vary according to the size of the organisation, however to qualify you must have a minimum of 20 employees that are likley to use the Spa and you must be able to nominate somebody of authority within your organisation that is prepared to administer your scheme. There is no charge for this. This Club is available to employers, who wish to provide discounted services to their staff. It is not available to individuals. In order to qualify for Corporate membership, your organisation must apply to join the scheme. A moderator must be appointed, and be the main point of contact for the organisation. After verification, a set discount percentage will be awarded to the organisation, this may range from 10% to 25% depending on the size of the organisation and the number of employees that are likely to use the scheme. As a member of staff of the verified organisation, you will be entitled to receive discounts from your treatments with the Health and Se-renity Spa, this does not extend to Cosmetic Treatments, the Hairdressers or treatments that have already been discounted. From time to time The Health and Serenity Spa may issue discounts offers on treatments, these offers will be subject to their own terms and conditions and these will be stated on the medium where they are advertised. These specific terms and conditions may exclude the use of corporate discounts or other discounts already awarded. When booking these offers please ensure that you are aware of the terms and conditions that apply as they are specific to those offers. Once the scheme has been verified, marketing material will be dispatched to the moderator to publicise the scheme. In order to receive the benefits as an employee, you will be required to complete a registration form, confirm your employment by either your company ID or a recent wage slip, and agree to the terms and conditions of The Health and Serenity group of companies and that of the scheme. You will not be required to verify your employment again. However, we will contact the moderator every six months to confirm your contin-ued employment with the registered employer. Aa a condition of receiving employee benefits through the scheme, you must agree to receive marketing SMS and emails from us. Should you wish to Opt-out of this condition then your membership to the scheme will no longer be valid. This membership is not transferable, and may only be used by the employee of the named organisation.
